To receive your rebate, you must include the following:
- Completed rebate coupon, including serial numbers of all products purchased during the rebate period.
- Photocopy of the original sales receipt. Sales receipt must be dated between 06/30/09 and 08/31/09. Retain the original receipt as proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
- Original UPC bar code(s) cut out from the boxes for all products that a rebate is being claimed. If you purchase a K20D lens kit configuration (product code 19411), you will need to cut out the original UPC codes from both the camera BODY box and the LENS box located inside the kit package.
Limitations:
- One (1) Rebate Claim per household. Copy of the sales receipt, corresponding UPC Code cut-outs and fully completed rebate claim form must be received in one envelope to be eligible for the mail-in rebate. Failure to do so will result in the submission and any other subsequent submission(s) being denied.
- Maximum of two (2) rebated products per household
